Description:
This recently renovated bungalow is set in a corner plot very
close to the beach with sea views to the front and side of property.
There is spacious living/dining area that leads onto a large
sheltered terrace area. The terrace has built in table and seating
area for eating al fresco. Leading off the living area is a
fully modernised kitchen with all mod cons. There is a spacious
double bedroom, with built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower
room. The 2nd twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and an en-suite
shower room. There is a separate utility room leading off the
main hallway and a 3rd single bedroom that can used if necessary.

Distance to beach:
All bungalows are within easy walking distance of Playa Famara
and some are practically on the beach.
Services:
Cleaning, bed linen and towels changed twice weekly.
