Situated off the west coast of Africa and open to North Atlantic swells, the volcanic island of Lanzarote could have been designed with surfers in mind. From October to April powerful ground swells unleash their power on the many world-class reef breaks located on the north coast providing ideal conditions for experienced surfers. In contrast the award winning beach of Famara provides consistent waves and ideal surf conditions for beginners and intermediates all year round. This combined with the semi-arid dry climate, hardly any rainfall plus relatively balmy water temps earns it a reputation for being one Europe’s top surfing destinations.

The bases for our budget surf camp and self catering surfing holidays are the picturesque fishing village of Famara and the famous surfing area of La Santa. We have something to suit most tastes and budgets and although we specialise in holidays for beginners and intermediates we can cater for all levels of surfers. Everybody is welcome from absolute beginners who have never stood on a board who want to learn to surf, to Intermediates who have completed a course elsewhere and need to improve at one of our surf clinics, to experienced surfers who just want to rent accommodation within easy walking distance of surf.
