KITESURFING CAMP - Beginners or Intermediates 
The kitesurfing camp package includes:
• 7 nights self catering accommodation
• Continental breakfast included (surf house)
• 2 Days kitesurfing Tuition
• Includes all Equipment - kiteboards, kites, harnesses, wetsuits etc.
• Airport transfers
• IKO Kiteboarder Card, level certification
Kitesurfing Camps can be arranged for small groups, families, friends or if you prefer to travel alone you can join an existing group and share your kitesurfing dreams with people from around the world. People wanting to accompany a friend or partner but not participate in the kitesurfing course are also welcome.
The camps run all year round and the courses are also run on a continual basis with groups of not more than 6 people per course. However, the best months for kitesurfing are March to November. This is when the sea tends to be flat and the wind consistent. During the winter months the sea can become too choppy and although the wind might be good on the occasional day it cannot be guaranteed.
We have a team of excellent watersports instructors who not only sail, windsurf, surf, dive and kitesurf but also speak 6 languages between them. We also have excellent rescue facilites and are prepared for any situation that might occur.

Day 1
- Introduction to kites with a look at different types and sizes.
- Rigging up (inflation, connecting lines, harness and how it works).
- Launching (off the beach).
- Landing (on the beach).
- Basic Flying movement, explanation of the window, etc.
- Getting kitted out (choosing the wetsuit, bouyancy aid, crash hat).
- Finally bodydragging downwind and gaining confidence in the water.
Day 2
This day kicks off with another bodydrag session, followed by:
- Waterstarting
- Kite recovery from the water
- Downwind sailing
By the end of these 8 hours you should have gained your IKO level 2. You can of course go on and do the next level and become an independant kitesurfer. |

Aimed at perfecting any of the following:
- Up wind sailing
- Gybing
- Jumping
These have to be done in this order, so unless you can Gybe, you can't learn to jump, etc. All courses include the kites, boards, wetsuits, bouyancy aid and instructor. |

Accommodation
The word 'Camp' does not accurately describe the accommodation. You will be staying in either private apartments or shared accommodation in our Surf/Kite house. You can view these options here:Casas Quemadas or Surf/Kite House. Both options are located in the resort of Corralejo and we offer a pick up and drop off service for Kitesurfing 'Campers' staying at either location.
You can choose to hire a rental car and collect it at the airport, or we can meet you at the airport and take you to your apartment or the Surf/Kite House.

Other Kicks
When you are not kitesurfing you are free to do whatever you want: party the night away (see our nightlife guide), collapse into bed exhausted, relax on the beach or explore the unique island by car.
