Property Description

Overview: Built in 2008, this studio offers modern self catering accommodation for one or two people. The kitchen is equipped with a two ring hob, microwave and fridge. The double bed is on a raised mezzanine platform and there is an additional sofa bed. The studio is located on a very quiet street on the outskirts of the village heading towards San Juan beach. Immediately outside the front door is a small paved area and there is a small cove and beach at the end of the street.

Amenities: San Juan beach is a 2 minute walk from the studio and Playa Famara beach is just a 10 minute stroll away. The centre of the village is a 5 minute walk away there is a good selection of restaurants, local bars and small supermarkets. There are also several surf shops in the village where boards & wetsuits can be rented. The closest bar to the studio is just a 2 minute walk away and offers free WiFi and live music at the weekends.

Services: Towels and bedding are provided. The studio is cleaned before arrival and on departure. An additional clean can be requested for €25. Clients staying longer than 7 nights will receive a change of bedding and towels.

Car Hire: Car hire is strongly recommended when staying in Famara. SurfLanzarote offers car hire with a local, family owned car hire company for just €17 per day and can supply roofbars free of charge. Should you not wish to hire a car a return airport transfer can be arranged for €80. There is a limited bus service from Caleta de Famara to the nearby resort of Costa Teguise and to the capital city of Arrecife. There is no bus service from the airport to Famara.
