Property Description

Overview: This stylish two bedroom apartment was only completed in 2009 and offers quality, self catering accommodation with amazing views. A rarity for holiday accommodation in Caleta de Famara are the two spacious terraces which mean you can make the most of the sun all day long. The rear terrace has amazing sea views while the front terrace has views to the volcanoes. The kitchen is well equipped with a full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite shower room and sea views. The second bedroom has twin bedrooms and use of the family bathroom. There is a dining table inside and also dining furniture on the terraces.

Amenities: The accommodation is located in the heart of Caleta de Famara with several bars, restaurants and local supermarkets on your doorstep. There are also several surf shops close by which offer equipment rental. Restaurante Las Bajas is a minute’s walk away and offers free WiFi. Playa Famara beach and the harbour beach are just two minutes from the apartment.

Services: Towels and bedding are provided. The accommodation is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Clients staying longer than 7 nights will receive a change of bedding and towels.

Car Hire: Car hire is strongly recommended when staying in Famara. SurfLanzarote offers car hire with a local, family owned car hire company for just €17 per day and can supply roofbars free of charge. Should you not wish to hire a car a return airport transfer can be arranged for €80. There is a limited bus service from Caleta de Famara to the nearby resort of Costa Teguise and to the capital city of Arrecife. There is no bus service from the airport to Famara.
