Overview: Overview: Located in a quiet area of the village, this modern apartment offers well equipped, comfortable holiday accommodation with fantastic sea views and large terraces. Patio doors from the spacious front terrace lead into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with a full oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. To the rear of the apartment is a second terrace with views of Lanzarote’s volcanic scenery. Both terraces are gated for added peace of mind for young families. The apartment has two twin bedrooms and a modern shower room. In both bedrooms the beds can be pushed together if preferred.

Amenities: The apartment is in a quiet, residential area of the village. The village shops, bars and restaurants are just a 2 minute walk from the accommodation and the beach is at the end of the street. There are several surf shops in the village which provide rental of surf equipment.

Services: Towels and bedding are provided. The accommodation is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Clients staying longer than 7 nights will receive a change of bedding and towels.

Car Hire: Car hire is strongly recommended when staying in Famara. SurfLanzarote offers car hire with a local, family owned car hire company for just €17 per day and can supply roofbars free of charge. Should you not wish to hire a car a return airport transfer can be arranged for €80. There is a limited bus service from Caleta de Famara to the nearby resort of Costa Teguise and to the capital city of Arrecife. There is no bus service from the airport to Famara.
