Property Description

Overview: Aptartment Juana has a large kitchen - diner which is equipped with a full hob & oven and fridge freezer. The separate living room is spacious and leads out onto the small balcony. The two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom are all spacious and share a shower room. The balcony has seating for two people and offers views to the volcanoes.

Amenities: Located in a residential street, the apartment is just a two minute walk from a small tidal pool and protected beach. The harbour beach is also a 2 minute walk away and Playa Famara beach is a 5 minute stroll from the apartment. There are bars, restaurants and local shops close by and there are also several surf shops within easy walking distance which provide equipment rental for surfers. Sunset Bar is a minute’s walk from the apartment and offers free WiFi and live music at the weekends.

Services: Towels and bedding are provided. The accommodation is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Clients staying longer than 7 nights will receive a change of bedding and towels.

Car Hire: Car hire is strongly recommended when staying in Famara. SurfLanzarote offers car hire with a local, family owned car hire company for just €17 per day and can supply roofbars free of charge. Should you not wish to hire a car a return airport transfer can be arranged for €80. There is a limited bus service from Caleta de Famara to the nearby resort of Costa Teguise and to the capital city of Arrecife. There is no bus service from the airport to Famara.
