Property Description

Overview: Guanche II is located in a residential area of Caleta de Famara with the beach at the end of the street. The private swimming pool is unique in the village and with its surrounding terrace and patio furniture provides the perfect place to chill out. The open plan dining room, living area and kitchen is very spacious and leads out to the pool terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with a full hob & oven, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a family bathroom. A put-up bed can be placed in the games room for an additional child.

Casa Guanche: Please note that this 2 bedroom apartment with a pool can be rented in conjunction with the first floor 2 bedroom apartment which is ideal for accommodating a small group or two families. The two apartments can sleep a maximum of 9 people. Please contact the team for a quote.

Amenities: The apartment is in a quiet, residential area of the village. The village shops, bars and restaurants are just a 2 minute walk from the accommodation and the beach is at the end of the street. There are several surf shops in the village which provide rental of surf equipment.

Services: Towels and bedding are provided. The accommodation is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Clients staying longer than 7 nights will receive a change of bedding and towels.

Car Hire: Car hire is strongly recommended when staying in Famara. SurfLanzarote offers car hire with a local, family owned car hire company for just €17 per day and can supply roofbars free of charge. Should you not wish to hire a car a return airport transfer can be arranged for €80. There is a limited bus service from Caleta de Famara to the nearby resort of Costa Teguise and to the capital city of Arrecife. There is no bus service from the airport to Famara.
